Teen killed by gun violence honored with statue at Tacoma's Eastside Community Center

A teenager killed in a 2011 shooting is being permanently honored with a statue. The statue of Billy Ray Shirley III was unveiled Saturday in a ceremony at Tacoma's Eastside Community Center.
