Police arrest alleged Romanian crime group accused of ‘blessing’ jewelry thefts

Bellevue police arrested four people accused of targeting victims across King County by offering to “bless” them before stealing their jewelry. One victim says a stolen necklace included a ring honoring his brother, a Tuskegee Airman, later recovered by detectives.
