Tacoma Sound Transit project concerns

Amid the buzz of the new light rail connection finally open between Bellevue and Seattle across Lake Washington, Sound Transit is still trying to come up with a fix for a projected $34.5 billion budget shortfall for their ST3 project, linking Tacoma, Seattle and Everett.
