Report: 250+ clean energy projects stuck in Washington pipeline
More than 250 clean energy projects are stalled in Washington’s permitting, siting and grid interconnection pipeline, risking billions in economic growth and thousands of jobs, according to a new report from Clean & Prosperous and Greenline Insights. Isaac Kastama of Clean & Prosperous told FOX 13 the backlog represents enough generation and storage to significantly expand the state’s clean energy supply, but delays could leave Washington falling further behind other states.
