The Spotlight: Shooter released early, now back in jail

When a King county judge sentenced an 18-year-old man to 9 years in prison rather than the max sentence of 15 years for shooting 5 people at a bus stop, she said she hoped the lesser time would help him 'improve himself'. He was released from prison earlier this year and is back in jail charged in another shooting.
