A massive nor’easter and "bomb cyclone" is paralyzing the East Coast, with blizzard warnings in effect for more than 40 million people from Maryland to Maine. New York City, Boston, and Philadelphia are bracing for up to 2 feet of snow and 70 mph wind gusts, prompting mandatory travel bans, the activation of the National Guard, and more than 11,000 flight cancellations through Tuesday.
