Federal shooting in Minneapolis raises new legal questions over use of force
A 37-year-old man was shot and killed by federal agents in Minneapolis, police said, the third such shooting in the city in recent weeks. Seattle University politics professor Dr. Patrick Schoettmer discussed what may come next from investigators and public officials as Gov. Tim Walz and Mayor Jacob Frey renewed calls to end the federal operation.
