Bills for shelter beds in Seattle before World Cup

It's a lofty goal from Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson — adding more shelter beds to alleviate the city's homelessness problem before the World Cup games kick off. The city council's finance committee passed two bills this morning to help try and meet that deadline.
