15-year-old arrested in Bite of Seattle shooting
Mayor Katie Wilson said at a press conference Monday, that Seattle Police detained a 15-year-old juvenile suspect for investigation of firearms violations and first-degree assault, believing this teenager opened fire in the crowd at the Bite of Seattle Sunday evening. Details are still under investigation. There will be a first-appearance court hearing at 1:30 p.m. Monday. There is no formal arrest for investigation of the homicide as of Monday morning.
