Seahawks fans pack Fourth Avenue hours before Super Bowl parade begins

Thousands of Seahawks fans lined Fourth Avenue well before the victory parade began, stacking the sidewalks 10 to 15 people deep as families, pets and out-of-town supporters gathered to celebrate the Super Bowl champions.
