Actor Eric Dane dies at age 53

Eric Dane — best known for playing Dr. Mark Sloan, the charismatic "McSteamy," on Grey's Anatomy — has died at the age of 53 following a battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.
