Police searching for missing Indigenous woman last seen in Seattle

Washington State Patrol and Seattle police are asking for the public’s help finding Wanda Rowan, a 38-year-old Indigenous woman last seen Feb. 1 near Fourth Avenue South and South Michigan Street.
