‘I Love You Bro’ project creates safe space for men to talk about mental health

After helping prevent a suicide in 2022, Joe Tuiaana founded the “I Love You Bro” project to give men a consistent, judgment-free space to talk about mental health. What began as one small group has grown into multiple weekly meetups across Utah focused on connection, openness and support.
