Sam Darnold led Seattle to the Super Bowl, throwing three touchdowns and passing for 346 yards as the Seahawks beat the Rams 31–27 in the NFC Championship Game. Seattle’s defense sealed the win late, breaking up Matthew Stafford’s fourth-down pass in the end zone with under a minute remaining. The Seahawks advanced to their first Super Bowl in 11 years, overcoming a strong Rams performance that included 374 passing yards and three TDs from Stafford.
