New research from Pennsylvania State University suggests that even simple movements can "swoosh" cerebrospinal fluid around the brain to clear out harmful waste. Scientists believe this process is vital for preventing neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's, which is projected to affect 13 million Americans by 2050.
