Suspect arrested in deadly Bellevue hit-and-run that killed elderly woman

Bellevue police say a suspect has been arrested in a deadly hit-and-run on Bel-Red Road that left an elderly woman dead. Deputies tracked the white vehicle to Port Townsend, where the man was taken into custody without incident and evidence was turned over to investigators.
