Seattle weather: Tuesday to start with morning rain showers, followed by drier afternoon

Showers return Wednesday morning across western Washington, with breezy winds and gusts up to 35 mph in some areas.  It will be the coolest day of the week, with highs in the upper 50s before conditions begin to improve.
