Flooding in Snohomish, landslide closes northbound I-5 near Bellingham

Floodwaters are rising in Snohomish, where parts of Cady Park are partially submerged, while a landslide has forced the closure of northbound Interstate 5 near Bellingham. WSDOT says unstable debris continues to move, keeping crews from clearing the roadway as the closure is expected to last through the night.
