WANTED IN TRI-CITIES and PORTLAND, Oregon --
Unless he's wearing a turtle neck in the middle of summer, this Tri-Cities fugitive's throat and neck tattoos should be an easy way to spot him.
Timothy Delagasse is a high-violent offender who has four felony warrants out for this arrest, including one in Portland, Oregon.
He's also busting probation in the Tri-Cities for having meth.
His long criminal history includes numerous assault convictions.
Timothy Delagasse is 25 years old and is also inked with the Space Needle and Seahawks logo on the left side of his neck.
Department of Corrections officers think he could still be in the Tri-Cities, or may be hiding in the Vancouver or Olympia areas.
