UPDATE: A Washington’s Most Wanted viewer recognized Nicholas Roy at a location in Spokane on July 12 and called 911. Roy was taken into custody after trying to “unsuccessfully” outrun the Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force. He is the 433rd fugitive caught to date.
