Fire destroys Tacoma home

TACOMA, Wash -- An investigation is underway into what caused a fire that destroyed a home in Tacoma.

Crews arrived to the home at 5813 32nd St NE. around 11:00 p.m. Thursday night.

Firefighters managed to put out the flames before they spread to nearby homes. Two people inside managed to get out safely. No reports of any injuries.

The cause is under investigation.
