SEATTLE - Due to high fecal bacteria levels, Seattle Parks has notified people to stay out of the water at Lincoln Park Beach.
A recent weekly water sampling revealed high fecal bacteria levels, and King County Public Health has recommended that people avoid contact with the water at Lincoln Park Beach.
The source of the high fecal bacteria is not known yet.
The beach is located in West Seattle and is a popular spot among residents.
