Man killed in overnight shooting in Tacoma

A man was killed in an overnight shooting in Tacoma, police investigating.

Two men have been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting in Tacoma last month. 

On July 4 around 10:30 p.m., police responded to a shooting in the 3900 block of Everett Street, near Swan Creek Park. When they arrived, they found a 27-year-old man who was shot in the torso. He later died at the hospital. 

On Aug. 16, two men were arrested and booked into Pierce County Jail for second-degree murder. 

It's unclear if they knew the victim. 

WSP seeks witnesses of Tacoma drive-by-shooting

State troopers are looking for witnesses of a drive-by shooting on I-5 in Tacoma early Monday morning.
