SEATTLE - Police need help identifying two suspects in a drive-by shooting in Seattle's Central District on May 18, which left a 19-year-old injured.
Officers were called around 4:30 p.m. to the parking lot of the Garfield Teen Life Center, where they found a 19-year-old man wounded from gunfire.
Police said the gunshots were fired from a white sedan that fled. A window of the building was shattered by the shooting.
According to Seattle Police, two Black teenagers are suspected in the shooting—one wearing an orange hoodie and driving a white sedan, and the other wearing a black hoodie and gray Air Jordans. Both were captured on surveillance video during the incident.
Authorities say the two had an argument before the shooting. The suspect in the orange hoodie got into his car and fired several gunshots; the suspect in the black hoodie took out a gun and ran toward the car while pointing a gun at it, then turned and ran toward the baseball field.
The Gun Violence Reduction Unit is leading the investigation.
