Suspected stalker wrote 'I am God's wrath' in journal
SPOKANE -- Federal agents are investigating a 33-year-old man they say kept a cache of modified weapons, stalked neighbors and wrote in journals "I am God's wrath," following complaints by many in the community, the Spokesman Review reported.
The suspect was recently into custody for allegedly stalking tribal police. He is undergoing a court-ordered pretrial evaluation to review his mental state before he is charged, the Spokesman Review reported.

"Literally I am God's wrath," the man allegedly wrote in his journal.
The man was arrested for criminal charges of surveillance, and he faces five years in federal prison and a $250, fine if convicted.
