10-year-old wanted in string of King County robberies

A 10-year-old boy is wanted by Auburn Police after they say he was involved in a string of armed robberies across King County last week.

Auburn PD says the robbery spree began on the morning of December 4, involving four juveniles.

A 13-year-old, 16-year-old, and 17-year-old, along with the 10-year-old, allegedly tried to break into a cannabis store in Maple Valley just after midnight. Police say they tried to crash a car through the store.

The suspects then hopped into a second vehicle and robbed an Auburn Chevron, a Des Moines 7-Eleven, and a Kent ARCO, according to police. It all happened within an hour between 3:45 a.m. and 4:45 a.m.

On Dec. 6, there was an attempted break in at a Fall City gun store involving five suspects. All five were eventually arrested after a pursuit.
