Two Seattle cops who confronted Cafe Racer killer tell their story in video
SEATTLE -- Ian Stawicki walked into Seattle’s Café Racer and shot and killed four people on May 30, then killed another woman in Seattle before he shot and killed himself in West Seattle.
Two Seattle cops – detective Scotty Bach and officer Scott Luckie -- who confronted him that day tell their story in a video made for the annual police awards banquet last Friday, where they won the Medal of Courage. The video was posted by the Seattle Police Foundation.
