Everett daycare shut down for DCYF investigation

Early Connections Learning Center in Everett was shut down suddenly due to "serious alleged violations of the foundational quality standards for learning programs....DCYF has determined that continued operation poses a risk to children in care and asks parents to pick up their children immediately," according to an email sent.
