True Northwest: A change of scenery
In Tacoma, a once-neglected street corner is receiving a much-needed facelift, thanks to the efforts of the local residents. This neighborhood spot is being transformed into a vibrant, dynamic space by a group who believes in taking action to bring about change. FOX 13 Photojournalist Michael Driver captures the spirit and determination of these individuals. They have converged on their little corner of the world armed with shovels, gloves, and paint, infused with big dreams of revitalizing their environment.
