Transit agencies ramped up service and urged fans to use public transportation ahead of Sunday’s Rams-Seahawks NFC Championship at Lumen Field, as parking prices climbed toward $100 and I-5 construction added congestion. Officials pointed to expanded Link light rail service, extra postgame trains and more than 20 bus routes as alternatives to driving.
