Driver charged with vehicular homicide after multiple-car crash in Shoreline
SHORELINE, Wash. - Prosecutors charged a man with vehicular homicide after a person was killed and two others were injured in a three-car, hit-and-run crash in Shoreline.
The fire department says the crash happened Nov. 16 at 185th and Linden, near Aurora Avenue North. Three cars collided, killing a 45-year-old woman and sending two others to Harborview Medical Center.
Police said the suspect left the scene but was later apprehended, thanks to K9 officers.
On Nov. 19, King County prosecutors charged Aiden Ott, 27, with vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, and felony hit-and-run.
