AMBER Alert canceled for Kitsap County boy

An AMBER Alert that was issued for a boy from Kitsap County on Monday morning has been canceled.

What we know:

The Washington State Patrol said a 17-month-old boy was taken by Andrew Gilbertson, 32, from his mother in the area of Overaa Road in Port Orchard on Sunday, Feb. 9 at about 11 p.m.

The vehicle involved is a white 2008 Ford F-150 with WA license plate C83831N.

Before 7 a.m. Monday, the AMBER Alert was canceled. 

The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office said the boy was found, and the suspect was taken into custody.
