The latest 43 state Powerball jackpot has reached $425 million, and could climb even higher as more tickets are sold across the country before the drawing Wednesday night. And, if no one strikes it rich Wednesday, the jackpot is likely to climb to world-record territory.

Don't hold your breath for the cash, though. Chances of hitting a Powerball jackpot are one in 175 million.
