Highway reopens after jackknifed semi closes I-90 westbound east of North Bend

UPDATE: The interstate has reopened. 

NORTH BEND, Wash. -- Westbound I-90 is closed at MP 38, just east of North Bend, due to a jackknifed semi.

WSP says it happened before 10 a.m.

There's no estimated time for when the highway will reopen.
