1 person stabbed on UW campus

SEATTLE - Police are investigating after a person was stabbed Thursday night on the University of Washington campus in Seattle. 

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing near the Padelford Garage before 8:30 p.m.

When officers arrived, they found a person stabbed near the garage and the suspect had already left the scene. 

According to police, the victim had no connection to the school and was taken to UW Medical Center. 

The investigation remains ongoing.
