$124 fine for getting stuck in 'Mercer Mess' intersections?
The ‘Mercer Mess’ is getting a little bit of help, thanks to the Seattle Department of Transportation. So they put in new lines, hoping to make the commute smoother and safer. But some drivers say they're causing even more confusion.
And if drivers get stuck in intersections, they could face $124 fines.
