3 injured, 2 seriously, in crash on U.S. 101 at Leland Cut-Off Road

QUILCENE, Wash. -- Three people were injured, two seriously, when a fully loaded asphalt truck and a Jeep wagon collided on U.S. 101 at Leland Cut-Off Road Monday afternoon, the Washington State Patrol said.

The Jeep pulled out of a driveway and onto U.S. 101 just before the crash, the State Patrol said.

The collision is under investigation.

The exact conditions of the injured were not immediately known, although the State Patrol said a third person in the Jeep was non-critical and transported to the hospital by ground.
