911 call helps Seattle police catch 'devil-horned' fugitive
FUGITIVE CAPTURED September 16, 2013 -- Seattle police say a 911 call led to the arrest of Joshua Laning.

For the second time in a month, we've got a fugitive with them inked on his head. Joshua Laning is a big-time serial burglar wanted in Seattle right now on a Department of Corrections felony escape warrant, after taking off from work release. He has multiple convictions in California, and pled guilty to a bunch of burglaries in Seattle in 2011. He recently got out of prison -- and is in the wind. “Here's the bottom line,” says Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “This guy's a convicted felon, a burglary specialist. 115 burglaries he's already admitted to.
