Alaska Airlines says it's having 'technical issues', suggests travelers arrive at airport 2 hours early
SEATTLE -- Alaska Airlines said Wednesday night it was experiencing "intermittent technical issues" on alaskaair.com and its mobile app and suggested travelers arrive at the airport two hours early.
"Customers traveling tonight should arrive at the airport at least two hours in advance to check-in at the ticket counter," the airline said Wednesday night.
"We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to restore the systems as quickly as possible. Additional updates will be posted here at blog.alaskaair.com."
