Days after being on WMW, accused Spokane killer surrenders in Tacoma
FUGITIVE CAPTURED June 28, 2013 -- The Spokane County Sheriff's Office and Pierce County Sheriff's Department says 19 year old Issiah Schauman surrendered at the Pierce County Jail in Tacoma on Friday. FUGITIVE WANTED IN SPOKANE COUNTY June 21, 2013 -- 19 year old Issiah Schauman – who’s known to go by the last name ‘Harvey’ -- has been on the run ever since Spokane County detectives say he overreacted when he was confronted by a guy at an apartment complex. "The victim believed the suspect had stolen items from a friends residence,” says Major Crimes Det. Lyle Johnston. “The victim was going to contact Issiah about the stolen property, confront him about what had happened with it. A dispute erupted. It doesn't sound like there was a whole lot of exchange, just a few words back and forth, when Issiah pulled out a firearm and shot the victim." Det. Johnston says other than a few run-ins with the law, Schauman has no criminal history, so it seems he went from 0 to 60 -- Now an accused killer on the run. Here are the details on ISSIAH SCHAUMAN:
