Deputies ask for help finding missing 3-year-old
CLARK COUNTY, WA (KPTV) -- The Clark County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a 3-year-old girl who is possibly being held because of a custodial dispute.
The Child Recovery Unit is looking for 3-year-old Kasia Hall and her non-custodial mother Sylvia Wilda. It is believed that Wilda fled Clark County with her daughter despite a restraining order against her. The last time Kasia was seen by her father, her legal guardian, was in November 2012.
There is currently a felony warrant for Wilda's arrest for custodial interference as well as a restraining order on file out of Clark County, which restrains Wilda from having contact with Kasia.
Authorities believe Wilda may be residing with the child in the Salem, OR area. If you have any information concerning Wilda's or the child's whereabouts please call the Sheriff's Office Tip line at 1-877-274-6311
