Deputies search for hit-and-run driver who left teen injured in Everett



EVERETT, Wash. -- Deputies are searching for a hit-and-run driver who injured an Everett teenager.

14-year-old Christian Dayton suffered a mild concussion. His family shared this photo with Q13 FOX.

Christian and his friends were walking along 106th Place SE near Eisenhower Middle School around 3:00 p.m. Wednesday when a truck hit him and took off.

The boy is doing better now but is still in shock about what happened.

The truck is described as a white, late-model, possibly a Ford. It may have damage on the passenger's side mirror.
