Domestic dispute leads to shooting in Lake Stevens

LAKE STEVENS, Wash - A domestic dispute led to a shooting in Lake Stevens on Saturday afternoon.

Snohomish County Sheriff's office says a 71-year-old man walked into his home and shot a 49-year-old woman who also lived there in the stomach.

The two both lived in the home, though they are not related or romantically involved according to deputies.

There was  previous domestic incident at the home on Wednesday and the  man was arrested

The man is cooperating with investigators.
