Forget building blocks, more toddlers are doing CrossFit
SEATTLE -- It could be the future of fitness.
Toddlers in Long Island are abandoning kickball for kettle balls and learning the basics of CrossFit training, according to Fox News. The classes are toddler-tailored, and designed for children as young as 3-years-old.
Trainers say the sessions don't involve weights, but instead focus on colors, counting and developing core strength.
But toning-for-the-tiny comes with a price tag: Two toddler classes a week will run you $280 each month.
