Fugitive accused of stabbing stranger in Seattle park arrested and booked into King County Jail

FUGITIVE CAPTURED July 22, 2014 -- Estuardo Flores-Ramirez was booked into the King County Jail on Tuesday. FUGITIVE WANTED IN SEATTLE July 19, 2014 --  Estuardo Flores-Ramirez is accused of stabbing a stranger in Occidental Park in downtown Seattle. Detectives say he's homeless, has mental issues, and may be suicidal. They say he came up to the guy and told him to leave the park. The victim said 'no', so detectives say Flores-Ramirez stabbed him multiple times. He's 24 years old and detectives think he may have taken off to California.
