Hawks sign tackle from Cleveland Browns practice squad
RENTON -- The Seattle Seahawks placed tackle Russell Okung on the injured reserve/designated-to-return list and signed tackle Caylin Hauptmann from the Cleveland Browns practice squad, the team announced late Monday.
Hauptmann signed with the Browns as an undrafted rookie free agent on April 27. He started at left tackle for Florida International during his college career.
Okung was the sixth overall draft choice in the 2010 NFL Draft by Seattle. He has started all 40 games played at left tackle.
