Help police ID bank robbery suspect who wasn't afraid to show his face

SEATTLE -- The Seattle Safe Streets Task Force is hoping you can identify a bank robber caught on camera at the U-Village.

Detectives say he walked into the US Bank in the QFC store on March 23rd and told the teller he had a gun.

“He doesn't make any attempt to hide his face, he doesn't care. That tells me that maybe he has a drug habit and so he's going to use this gun in maybe some other cases but take a good look at his face, this guy is a bank robbery suspect and he’s not going to quit,” said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

The suspect was wearing a tan Carhart style jacket, ski cap, and jeans.

Investigators say he’s white, 30 years or older, 5’8” with a medium build.

If you know his name, Crime Stoppers will pay you a guaranteed $1,000 cash reward. Call the hotline anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS.
