How to ask the right questions about senior living centers

SEATTLE -- The woman who identified herself as a nurse then refused to give a dying woman CPR at a senior living center in California is not being charged with a crime, even as audio of the event makes its way around the news channels.

But the 87-year-old woman's death, and whether it could have been prevented with the recommended CPR, is raising a whole lot of questions.
