Local businesses honoring military on Veterans Day
SEATTLE – Local businesses are coming together to say thank you to members of the military and their families on this Veterans Day. These come in the form of free or discounted food, activities or services.
-Dick’s Drive-Ins are offering free meals to any past or present service member with identification or in uniform. They can get a free burger, side order of fries and a soda at any of their locations around town.
-Krispy Kreme is offering free doughnuts and coffee to veterans and active military personnel today. No purchase is necessary.

-Seattle’s ‘Ride the Ducks’ is offering free admission for active duty personnel and veterans, plus 50% off admission for their families.
-Woodland Park Zoo is also offering free admission to all military personnel and their spouses today. Guests are asked to bring valid identification.
-Brown Bear Car Wash is offering free ‘Bear Essentials’ car washes to all current or former members of the military today.
