Man accused of shooting cousin three times -- at point-blank range -- out on bail

FUGITIVE WANTED IN KENT May 24, 2013 -- Kent police warn the public -- do not approach 'armed and dangerous' fugitive, Maurice Shelton, if you spot him on the street. He's wanted in Kent for assault with a firearm -- accused of shooting his cousin three times at point-blank range. Detectives say the two got into an argument at an apartment complex in Kent. Shelton pulled out a .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun, and shot his cousin three times in the leg. Here are the details on MAURICE SHELTON:

Detectives think along with being armed with that handgun, Shelton could be in hiding and possibly high on heroin.
